Shipping Information:

Since one of our goals is to make your ordering process as simple as possible, we also have made our shipping charges simple:

$8 on all curtain orders. (Including curtains with rods)

Free Shipping on 'just' curtain rods. (Except the Magnetic Rods, which also have a $8 charge)

All our Curtains are Custom Made and are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. We then ship your curtains via 2-3 Day Priority Mail. If you purchase curtain rods with your curtains, they are mailed in the same package.

Yes, only 6 - 8 days from placing your order to receiving your Custom Made Curtains in your mailbox!

Our curtain rods 'only' orders are shipped the next day.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We at the French Door Curtain Company Care VERY MUCH about your satisfaction of our products. We care so much that we follow the Golden Rule; "Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you".

That is why we created a return/exchange policy as follows:

If we make an error we will gladly either replace your curtains at no charge or give you a full refund.

If you make an error or change your mind on what curtain you desire, what we offer is simply our willingness to do WHATEVER we can to make you happy! This includes resizing or remaking your curtains in a different fabric. In these instances, we merely ask that you pay a small fee for the reworking of your product. This will be determined on an individual basis.

If you want to return your curtain for any other reason, and it is within 2 weeks of your receipt of product, we offer a 50% in-house credit which can be used at any of our window treatment web sites. (see www.customcurtaincompany.com) Since all of our curtains are custom made-to-order, we are not able to give full refunds.

Most companies who sell custom made products do not offer any type of warranty outside of their own fault. If you make the wrong measurement, choose the wrong fabric, or anything else that is of your own choice, you have NO WARRANTY at all!
